Perhaps today the majority rampant water filtering machines use charcoal. The charcoal is actually derived from the skin of coconut. The charcoal absorbs the pollutants and remove them from the water. At present time there are nearly 95% of charcoal water cleaner of all the aqua guards ,which are in use. Charcoal water filters are highly economical, easy to install and clean water very well.
Hardly as clean as what are called reverse osmosis water filters. These purifiers apply a high-grade film to clean the water by an osmotic method. They are better filters as compared to charcoal water filters.
